What makes you different from any other practice I can visit?
You’ll find a number of differences that set us apart.
-
It’s easier for you to schedule an appointment with us, since we’re
open six day a week and offer extended hours (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday through Thursday)
-
You’ll rarely need to see a specialist. We have four general
practitioners who provide a wide range of services right here
in our office.
- We provide same-day emergency service.
- We welcome all new patients.
My gums bleed when I brush. Is this something I should be concerned about?
Bleeding gums are not normal. They can be a sign of infection caused
by periodontal (gum) disease. This type of infection has recently been
linked
to other serious diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.
Fortunately, our staff is expert at explaining and treating gum disease
as well as helping you prevent it. We offer a variety of treatment options,
from non-surgical to local antibiotic therapies.
If your gums are bleeding, don’t wait! Make an appointment to come
in and see us so we can prevent any small problem from getting bigger.

How can I have whiter teeth?
Bleaching is a safe and effective way to whiten your teeth. We offer
both in-office and at home bleaching.
- In-office bleaching is faster; it can generally be completed
in two visits and offers dramatic shade changes.
- If you prefer the convenience of a take home kit, we will custom fit
trays for you. At home bleaching takes about two weeks.
- Please give us a call so we can evaluate your particular situation
and determine which option is best for you.

from porcelain veneers or crowns, like you see on television’s extreme
makeover shows.

At what age should I first bring my child to the dentist?
A good rule of thumb is first visit by first birthday.
Early visits help both parents and children. Your child will begin to
feel comfortable in our office at an early age, which can go a long way
to reducing fear or stress later on. In addition, we can provide both you
and your child with valuable tips on keeping teeth clean and preventing
tooth decay.
Healthy teeth, coupled with good nutrition, can help your child develop
a great, confidence-building smile.

What are dental implants? Do you offer them?
A dental implant is an artificial fixture made from titanium and placed
in the jawbone by your dentist. An implant serves as a sort of artificial
root for a missing tooth or teeth. They can keep the securely anchored
in place, and can prevent the future shrinkage of the jaw that occurs
when teeth are lost.
Implants can also be used to support dentures, eliminating the discomfort
and pain caused by loose or poor fitting dentures.
We have placed implants for many our patients, helping them achieve more
natural-looking and natural-feeling teeth. They tell us their smiles now
look and feel better than ever!
